NeoRez® R-9621 by Covestro is an aliphatic polyester waterborne urethane for use in industrial laminating adhesives requiring a low VOC. Has good adhesion to vinyl, polyester and low-density polyethylene. NeoRez® R-9621 offers hot water immersion resistance. NeoRez® R-551 by Covestro is solvent-free polyurethane dispersion. It is used in the formulation of contact and lamination adhesives. Provides good adhesion to a variety of substrates and is heat resistant. NeoRez® R-551 is clear, water white and stable. NeoRez® P-900 by Covestro is a high molecular weight, solvent-borne polyester. It is a solution in ethyl acetate. Offers retort performance, bond strength, ice water resistance, heat resistance and broad substrate adhesion. Used in BOPP, PET and aluminum as well as steel metal. NeoRez® P-900 is also used in film lamination, flexible packaging and industrial adhesives. NeoRez® R-563 by Covestro is a solvent-free, waterborne, polyurethane dispersion (PUD). It is clear, water white and light stable. Provides excellent bond strength and adhesion to a variety of substrates, particularly plastics, wood and polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Exhibits good water and heat resistance. Applications of NeoRez® R-563 include film lamination, industrial lamination, wood lamination and general assembly. NeoRez® R-974 by Covestro is a hard, low cosolvent containing polyurethane dispersion for use in combination with acrylic emulsions in laminating adhesives. NeoRez® R-974 is hard, chemical and abrasion resistant. NeoRez® R-989 by Covestro is an anionic aliphatic polyurethane dispersion. Offers stable freeze/thaw stability, good abrasion and chemical resistance. NeoRez® R-989 is used in contact and industrial lamination adhesives. NeoRez® R-2005 by Covestro is an anionic aliphatic polyester urethane dispersion. Used in laminating adhesives. NeoRez® R-2005 offers good chemical and abrasion resistance. Hyperbranched polyester amide. Acts as a crosslinking agent. It is a water-borne, nonionic and hydroxyl group-containing anti-splattering additive based on hybrane technology to enhance the transfer of adhesive during application. Can be blended with natural as well as synthetic resins. It increases production speeds. Used in glass and PET resin. Also used in wood, paper or paperboard and bottle labeling applications. Polyurethane dispersion with good adhesion to a variety of substrates incl. plastics, acrylics, EVA's, tackifiers, plasticizers, natural rubbers, etc. Can be used as a base polymer for waterborne contact adhesives, industrial adhesives for shoe industry and foam adhesives. NeoRez® R-9330 by Covestro is a non-ionic polyester urethane dispersion. Provides very good wetting, film forming and adhesion properties. NeoRez® R-9330 is used in heat-activated adhesive.
