CARPOL® PGP-400 by Carpenter is a propylene glycol initiated polyether polyol. It possesses a nominal functionality of two and a molecular weight of 400. The low functionality and viscosity, makes for a versatile product. CARPOL® PGP-400 is polymerized solely with propylene oxide for controlled reactivity and also be utilized in a number of C.A.S.E. applications and in caulks & sealants. CARPOL® PGP-3815 by Carpenter is a propylene glycol initiated polyether polyol. It has a functionality of two and an average molecular weight of 3800. It is a copolymer of propylene oxide and ethylene oxide and the main applications include C.A.S.E., however, CARPOL® PGP-3815 may also be included as a component in other urethane products, caulks, sealants and formulations. Sucrose initiated polyether polyol. The high functionality of the initiators yields a resultant polyol with a nominal functionality of five. Blending this polyol with other polyether polyols provides foam systems with high to low degrees of crosslinking. It is a neutral material, which presents the formulator with complete catalytic control over a system. Recommended for rigid foam and its applications. Glycerin/sucrose initiated polyether polyol. The high functionality of the initiators yields a resultant polyol with a nominal functionality of five. Blending this polyol with other polyether polyols provides foam systems with high to low degrees of crosslinking. Recommended for molded rigid foam and rigid boardstock foam. Glycerin/sucrose initiated polyether polyol. The high functionality of the initiators yields a resultant polyol with a nominal functionality of seven. Blending this polyol with other polyether polyols provides foam systems with high to low degrees of cross-linking. It is mildly catalytic, which enables the use of less catalyst while still providing the formulator with control over the system’s reactivity. Recommended for rigid foam and its applications. Glycerin/sucrose initiated polyether polyol. The high functionality of the initiators yields a resultant polyol with a nominal functionality of 4.5. It is a neutral material, which presents the formulator with complete catalytic control over a system. Blending this polyol with other polyether polyols provides foam systems with high to low degrees of cross-linking. Due to this polyol’s high functional nature, it is typically used in rigid foam and its applications. Recommended for molded rigid foam and rigid boardstock foam. CARPOL® PGP-2050 by Carpenter is a propylene glycol-initiated polyether polyol. It has a functionality of two and an average molecular weight of 2000. It is polymerized with propylene oxide and then capped with 50% ethylene oxide. The outcome is a polyol with enhanced reactivity. CARPOL® PGP-2050 main applications include C.A.S.E.; however, it may also be included as a component in other urethane products, caulks, sealants and formulations. CARPOL® PGP-4025 by Carpenter is propylene glycol initiated polyether polyol. It has a functionality of two and an average molecular weight of 4000. It is polymerized with propylene oxide and then capped with 25% ethylene oxide. The outcome is a polyol with enhanced reactivity. CARPOL® PGP-4025 main applications include C.A.S.E.; however, may also be included as a component in other urethane products, caulks, sealants and formulations. Glycerin/sucrose initiated polyether polyol. It is of high functionality. Blending this polyol with other polyether polyols provides foam systems with high to low degrees of crosslinking. It is mildly catalytic, which enables the use of less catalyst while still providing the formulator with control over the system’s reactivity. Recommended for rigid foam and its applications. CARPOL® GP-5015 by Carpenter is a triol glycerin, initiated polyether polyol. It has a functionality of three and an average molecular weight of 5000. CARPOL® GP-5015 is polymerized with propylene oxide and then capped with 15% ethylene oxide and the outcome is a polyol with enhanced reactivity. Main applications include C.A.S.E., however, it may also be included as a component in other urethane products and applications.
