TYTAN™ CA-B116 by Borica is the bismuth-based catalyst used for curing a wide range of polyurethane formulations. It has a similar reaction profile as DBTDL.<br>

TYTAN™ CA-Z222 is used in polyurethane-based adhesives. TYTAN™ CA-Z119 by Borica is a zinc based (19% Zn) grade. Acts as an organometallic catalyst. Exhibits lower activity and longer pot life. Provides reduced toxicity with higher selectivity and less gassing in the presence of moisture. It is especially useful in curing reactions at elevated temperatures and in curing systems based on aromatic isocyanates. Suitable for both one- and two component systems. TYTAN™ CA-Z119 is used in polyurethane-based adhesives. TYTAN™ CA-B224 by Borica is bismuth-based (24% Bi) grade. Acts as an organometallic catalyst. Exhibits a similar reaction profile as DBTDL and offers slow to moderate speed. Provides reduced toxicity with higher selectivity and less gassing in the presence of moisture. Suitable for both one- and two-component systems for ambient cure or heat cure systems. TYTAN™ CA-B224 is used in polyurethane-based adhesives. TYTAN™ CA-MX16 by Borica is a zinc and bismuth mixture-based grade. Acts as an organometallic catalyst. Offers reduced toxicity with higher selectivity and less gassing in the presence of moisture. It has a mercury-like curing profile. Suitable for both one- and two-component systems. TYTAN™ CA-MX16 is used in polyurethane-based adhesives. TYTAN™ DBT by Borica is a dibutyl titanate grade. Acts as a high performance and non-toxic catalyst. TYTAN™ DBT is suitable for RTV sealants and resin modifier.
