Pearlbond™ 920L distributed by Bjørn Thorsen is an plasticizer-free thermoplastic polyurethane. It is a translucent resin with excellent color stability upon UV exposure. It is suitable for processing by slot dye extrusion, blown extrusion, melt blown, roll-coating and gravure. <br>

<li>Pearlbond™ 920L is recommended for hot melt adhesive applications in seam tapes, webs, and furniture edge banding, ensuring reliable bonding performance.</li>
<li>It is used in textiles, interlinings, heat-transfer labels, footwear and non-food conveyor belts.</li></ul> Pearlbond™ 125H distributed by Bjørn Thorsen is polyester-based thermoplastic polyurethane. It combines hardness with excellent low-temperature flexibility and a low softening point. It is suitable for processing by extrusion. Pearlbond™ 125H is suitable for adhesive applications. Pearlbond™ 360 distributed by Bjørn Thorsen is polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane. Exhibits low melting point and excellent transparency. Offers excellent flexibility, elasticity, high breathability and easy processing.<br>

It is characterized by low melting point and very low gel content. It is suitable for use in a wide variety of adhesive film applications requiring excellent adhesion in combination with good heat- and dry-cleaning resistance. It is suitable for processing by extrusion and compounding. Pearlbond™ 12F75UV is used in adhesive applications. Pearlbond™ 104 distributed by Bjørn Thorsen is a linear, aromatic polyurethane grade. Exhibits high crystallization rate with high thermoplasticity level. Pearlbond™ 104 is used for hot-melt adhesives. Pearlbond™ 5713 F1 distributed by Bjørn Thorsen is polyester-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). It is suitable for processing by extrusion. Pearlbond™ 5713 F1 is used in hot-melt adhesives and solution cast films for lamination on fabrics. Pearlbond™ 580 distributed by Bjørn Thorsen is a linear, polyester-based polyurethane. It possesses very high crystallization rate and thermoplasticity level. It is suitable for processing by slot die and blown extrusion. Pearlbond™ 580 is recommended for use in formulations of reactive polyurethane hot-melts (HMPUR). Pearlbond™ 960 distributed by Bjørn Thorsen is an aliphatic, plasticizer-free, polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane. It combines excellent mechanical properties with excellent low-temperature flexibility.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It is suitable for extrusion and powder applications where medium activation temperature, high bonding strength to polar substrates and high resistance to UV is required.</li>
<li> It can be combined with more rigid resins or reactive systems to increase flexibility and elastomeric behavior.</li>
<li> Pearlbond™ 960 is capable for converting into film, webs or nets to be used in thermobonding and interlining applications.</li>
<li> Recommended for adhesive applications.</li></ul> Pearlbond™ 1160L distributed by Bjørn Thorsen is a linear, aromatic polyurethane. It shows high crystallization rate and high thermoplasticity level. After activation, the films provide bonds with high initial values and good heat resistance.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It possesses excellent adhesion to PVC, rubber and polyurethane materials as well as to a variety of fabrics.</li>
<li> Pearlbond™ 1160L is used for obtaining PU films by extrusion (blow and cast) for solvent-free adhesion, by heat-seal process.</li></ul> Pearlbond™ 521 distributed by Bjørn Thorsen is a linear, polycaprolactone-copolyester polyurethane. Exhibits very high crystallization rate and thermoplasticity level. Pearlbond™ 521 is suitable for formulations of reactive polyurethane hot-melts (HMPUR).
