Tinuvin® 213 by BASF acts as a UV absorber belonging to hydroxyphenyl benzotriazole class which imparts good light stability to a variety of polymers. It is a reaction product of methyl 3-(3-(2H-benzotriazole-2-yl)-5-t-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionate/ PEG 300. It is a pumpable liquid useful in a variety of substrates and applications, including polyurethanes, liquid color concentrates, elastomers, styrene homo- and copolymers, PMMA, vinyl polymers (PVB, PVC), engineering plastics (e.g. polycarbonate), polyesters and polyolefins. Provides excellent UV absorption to protect polymers from photodegradation. Offers ease of handling and incorporation. It is less volatile than many alternative UVAs, thus providing greater permanence during processing or heat aging conditions. Suitable for adhesives and sealants with a dosage level of 0.15-1.0 %. Tinuvin® 213 can be used alone or in a combination with other functional additives such as antioxidants (hindered phenols, phosphites) and HALS light stabilizers. Tinuvin® 5060 by BASF is a solvent-free, liquid blend of 2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-benzotriazole UV absorber (UVA) and a non-basic hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS). Tinuvin® 5060 is used in hotmelt, reactive, solvent-based and radiation curing adhesives and sealants. Tinuvin® 460 by BASF solid 2-hydroxyphenyl-triazine UV absorber. Offers excellent photopermanence and low color. Tinuvin® 460 is used in adhesives Tinuvin® 99-2 by BASF is a blend of benzenepropanoic acid, 3-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl)-5-(1,1-dimethylethyl)-4-hydroxy-, C7-9-branched & linear alkyl esters
and 1-methoxy-2-propyl acetate. Used in hotmelt, reactive, solvent based and radiation curing adhesives and sealants. Acts as an ultraviolet light absorber (UVA) of the hydroxyphenylbenzotriazole class. Possesses high thermal stability and environmental permanence. Tinuvin® 99-2 offers high performance, durability, easy incorporation and inhibiting or retarding of the occurrence of failures such as gloss reduction, cracking, color change, blistering and delamination. Tinuvin® 152 by BASF is a high performance hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS). Tinuvin® 152 is used in hot melt, reactive, solvent-based and radiation curing adhesives and sealants. Tinuvin® B 75 by BASF is a light and heat stabilizer. It is a synergistic blend of 20% Irganox 1135, 40% Tinuvin® 571 and 40% Tinuvin® 765. It is easy to pump, pourable liquid allowing dust free handling, automated dosage and shortening of mixing time. Suitable for adhesives and sealants. Recommended dosage level of Tinuvin® B 75 ranges between 0.2-1.5 %, depending on the substrate and performance requirements of the final application. Tinuvin® 400-DW by BASF is a low color, low migration, aqueous dispersion of a 2-hydroxy-phenyl-s-triazine (HPT) UV absorber. It is an encapsulated hydroxyphenyl-triazine UVA with high extinction in the UV-B region, it is a good raw material for industrial applications. Shows minimal interaction with metal catalysts and amine crosslinkers. Tinuvin® 400-DW is used in adhesives and bonding layers. Tinuvin® 99-DW by BASF is a solvent free, aqueous UV absorber dispersion. Used in reactive, water-based and radiation curing adhesives. Offers color protection and appearance of natural and stained, tinted or printed wood, paper, board and other lignocellulosic substrates as well as composites containing them. Tinuvin® 99-DW exhibits high thermal stability and environmental permanence. Tinuvin® 1130 by BASF is a liquid UV absorber of the hydroxyphenylbenzotriazole class. It exhibits high temperature and extraction resistance. Tinuvin® 1130 is used in hotmelt, reactive, solvent- & water-based and radiation curing adhesives and sealants. Tinuvin® 928 by BASF is an UV absorber of the hydroxyphenyl benzotriazole class. Used in hotmelt, reactive, solvent-based, radiation curing & construction adhesives and sealants.<br>
