Melapur™ MP by BASF is a halogen-free flame retardant. Designed for hot-melt, reactive and radiation curing adhesives and sealants. Melapur™ MP offers lower smoke density, lower smoke toxicity and less corrosion. Melapur™ MC25 by BASF is an effective flame retardant. It offers good mechanical properties and lower specific gravity compared to compounds containing halogen & antimony flame retardant systems.<br>

<li>Melapur™ MC25 is used in hotmelt, reactive, solvent-based, radiation curing, water-based adhesives and sealants.</li></ul> Melapur™ 200 by BASF is melamine-polyphosphate which acts as a halogen-free flame retardant for glass fiber reinforced polyamide 66. Possesses additional handling and processing advantages. It is free of antimony or any other heavy metals. Melapur™ 200 offers a good balance between intumescence and thermal stability providing a processing window of up to 320°C. Offers lower smoke density and is less corrosive to processing equipment. Used in hotmelt, reactive and radiation curing adhesives and sealants. Melapur™ MC50 by BASF is an effective flame retardant for adhesives and sealant applications. Offers benefits such as good economics, mechanical properties and lower specific gravity compared to compounds containing halogen and antimony flame retardant systems. Melapur™ MC50 is halogen free with lower smoke density, lower smoke toxicity and less corrosion.
