Synolite™ 6494-U-2 by AOC is unsaturated polyester based on DCPD pre-accelerated with polymeric amines. Used as a versatile putty resin in the manufacture of car body fillers and putties for benzoyl peroxide cure. Possesses medium viscosity and high reactivity. Provides very good dry sandability and very good storage stability. Accepts high filler loads. Shows very good adhesion to various substrates, including mild steel, galvanized steel, aluminium, and polyester. Synolite™ 6494-U-2 can be used in combination with extenders such as talc, dolomite/calcite, crystalline chalk and barytes with a low iron content. Synolite™ 7259-U-2 by AOC is unsaturated polyester based on tetrahydrophthalic anhydride pre-accelerated with polymeric amines. Synolite™ 2710-U-2 can be used in combination with extenders such as talc, dolomite/calcite, crystalline chalk and barytes with a low iron content. Synolite™ 0432-U-1 by AOC is unsaturated polyester based on orthophthalic anhydride pre-accelerated with polymeric amines. Used as a binder for adhesives and as a putty resin for marble repair. Possesses medium viscosity and high reactivity. Gives very good color after curing and rapid hardening, also at lower temperatures and in thin layers. Shows very good adhesion to marble, stone, polyester, and metal substrates. Synolite™ 0432-U-1 can be used in combination with extenders such as talc, dolomite/calcite, crystalline chalk and barytes with a low iron content. Synolite™ 9248-U-3 by AOC is unsaturated polyester based on DCPD pre-accelerated with polymeric amines. Used as a binder for highly filled putties on metal, wood and mineral substrates. Can be applied as such, or as the rigid component ("booster") in blends with flexible resins in putties for car refinishes. Possesses medium viscosity and high reactivity. Gives rapid hardening of thick and thin layers, also at lower temperatures and very good adhesion to various substrates, including mild steel, galvanized steel, aluminium and polyester. Synolite™ 9248-U-3 can be used in combination with extenders such as talc, dolomite/calcite, crystalline chalk and barytes with a low iron content.
