Altek® H520-B by AOC is a prepromoted, thixotropic, general purpose low reactive orthophthalic polyester resin. It provides good chemical bonding between laminate applications if proper application procedures are followed. Has low exotherm which is allowed for the application of thick laminate sections that can cure at one time without the generation of excessive heat. Altek® H520-B produces a composite with superior mechanical properties that can assist in the reduction of cracking when it is used with the proper glass reinforcement content. Altek® C515-B by AOC is a dual purpose orthophthalic polyester resin. It provides excellent adhesion to acrylic. It is a fully promoted, thixotropic resin which is neatly designed and low in styrene content. Has quick gel time with a moderate peak temperature. Altek® C515-B reduces storage, mixing and processing costs. Altek® H596-A by AOC is orthophthalic polyester resin. It is general purpose, prepromoted and thixotropic. Has medium reactivity, resilient and low styrene content. Its non air inhibited and the air inhibited version provides good chemical bonding between laminate applications if proper application procedures are followed. The air inhibited versions provides the best secondary bonding and should be used in application where maximum secondary bonding is required. It produces a composite with superior mechanical properties that can assist in the reduction of cracking when used with the proper glass reinforcement content. Altek® H596-A is used with the recommended peroxide levels and application, it allows for complete rapid cure of the composite even in relatively thin composites temperature. It is designed to be used successfully for the fabrication of type and sizes of composites using differing application methods under varying conditions. Altek® H559-B by AOC is aorthophthalic polyester resin. It is a general purpose, prepromoted and thixotropic resin with medium reactivity. Its non air inhibited and the air inhibited version provides good chemical bonding between laminate applications if proper application procedures are followed. The air inhibited versions provides the best secondary bonding and should be used in application where maximum secondary bonding is required. It produces a composite with superior mechanical properties that can assist in the reduction of cracking when used with the proper glass reinforcement content. When Altek® H596-A is used with the recommended peroxide levels and application, it allows for complete rapid cure of the composite even in relatively thin composites temperature. Altek® H559-B is designed to be used successfully for the fabrication of type and sizes of composites using differing application methods under varying conditions. Altek® H520-EP by AOC is polyester resin. It provides superior adhesion. Has semi-rigidity, medium reactivity, low viscosity, good even cure, low exotherm and lower monomer content. It is also thixotropic and prepromoted. Altek® H520-EP reduces storage, mixing and processing costs because a single resin is used to back up a variety of surfaces including ABS. Altek® C668-F by AOC is a polyester resin. It is a prepromoted thixotropic resin which is designed for quicker hardness development which speeds up part production and also for filler loading of up to 50% using calcium sulfate. Has lower styrene content at equal viscosity than standard products while maintaining workability. Altek® C668-F is designed to be used with calcium sulfate as a back up laminate for acrylic sheet. Altek® C541-D by AOC is a low styrene acrylic bonding polyester resin. It is a pre-promoted thixotropic, polyester resin which is designed to be used with filler as a back up laminate for acrylic sheet. Altek® C541-D is formulated at much lower styrene content than traditional systems. Offers quick cure profile and hardness progression resulting in an increase in part production. It reduces storage, mixing and processing costs because a single resin is used to back up a variety of surfaces including ABS. Altek® H515-B by AOC is a polyester resin. This fully promoted, thixotropic resin provides superior adhesion. Has quick gel time with a moderate peak temperature, low styrene content. It is MACT Compliant, neat (non filled) resin for backing up acrylics and also reduces storage, mixing and processing costs. Altek® H515-B is designed as a back up laminating resin behind vacuumed formed ABS. Altek® C668-GDA by AOC is a polyester resin. It is a pre-promoted thixotropic resin. Has lower styrene content at equal viscosity than conventional products while maintaining workability which translates into reduced emissions. It enables high filler loadings with no compromise in working viscosity and allows fabricators to keep their competitive edge in the marketplace. It reduces storage, mixing and processing costs because a single resin is used to back up a variety of surfaces including ABS. Altek® C668-GDA is formulated for quick hardness development, high part production and specifically for calcium sulfate systems. It is designed to be used with filler as a back up laminate for acrylic sheet. Altek® C668-B by AOC is a polyester resin. It is a pre-promoted thixotropic resin. It achieves up to 55% calcium sulfate with no compromise in working viscosity and reduces storage, mixing and processing costs because a single resin is used to back up a variety of surfaces including ABS. Has quick cure profile and hardness progression resulting in an increase in part production. Altek® C668-B is formulated at much lower styrene content than traditional systems.
