Setathane® D E 2767 by allnex is a hydrophobic polyol. Exhibits outstanding resistance to organic and inorganic acids, alkalis and solvents. Setathane® D E 2767 is designed for construction & flooring applications such as concrete sealing & primers. Setathane® D 1160 by allnex is a polyol derived from castor oil is pale-yellow and solvent-free supplied in liquid form. Offers high flexibility and good mechanical strength. It can be thinned with esters, ketones, ether esters and aromatic hydrocarbons. Prolonged storage of a solution with low binder content may result in turbidity and sedimentation. It is compatible with solvent-free setathane D grades such as setathane D1150 and with desmodur grades. Setathane® D 1160 is recommended for sealant and adhesives. It is a milky liquid product and contains approx. 10 % water. Over crosslinking of 50 % and more is usual. This allows a wide-ranging variation in flow and chemical resistance. Recommended for sealant and adhesive applications.
