Setathane® D 1150

Setathane® D 1150 by allnex is a polyol derived from castor oil is solvent-free and supplied in liquid form.

• It can be thinned with esters, ketones, ether esters and aromatic hydrocarbons, has good compatibility with other solvents.

• Prolonged storage of a solution with low binder content may result in turbidity and sedimentation.
• After its crosslinking and curing with Desmodur VL, the resultant coatings are tough, flexible, hard-wearing and chemical-resistant.
• Recommended for adhesive application.
• It is compatible with polyols, MDI and HDI polyisocyanates.
• It should be stored in the originally sealed containers at temperatures not exceeding 30 °C.
• Standard shelf life of Setathane® D 1150 is 730 days from the date of manufacturing.
