Resi4preg by ResiCare is a unique biobased araminolic resin for preimpregnated application, free of formaldehyde replacing phenolics one developed according to REACH legislation and local regulation for workers safety.

LIGOS™ A 9200 by Trinseo is a styrene-free, robust and versatile all-acrylic emulsion with very low odor. It is designed for waterborne adhesive for the lamination of flexible structures that come in contact with food. Exhibits high efficiency due to high solid content, it enables fast processing and efficient drying.

• It ensures high initial shear- and bond strength which creates a more durable application.
• It also enhances mechanical and thermal resistance of packaging's by its potential to be combined with a water-dispersible crosslinker.
• LIGOS™ A 9200 is suitable for laminating paper to a wide range of substrates, including treated polyolefins, polyvinylidene chloride-coated substrates, metalized films, polyamide and polyester films.
• It is also effective for film-to-film structures.
• It increases operational efficiency for film converters by enabling fast slitting in post-lamination processes.
• Its repulpability is confirmed by using the CEPI recyclability laboratory test method and is suitable for standard mill recycling as certified by Papiertechnische Stiftung (PTS).

KANEKA MS POLYMER™ S303H by Kaneka is a mid-modulus, silyl-terminated polyether (STPE) used as a base resin for producing high-performance moisture cure adhesives and sealants utilizing either a hot or cold process. It exhibits low viscosity, long shelf stability, broad adhesion profile and multi-purpose product features. It offers well-balanced properties such as durability, reactivity and storage stability. This unique and highly valued balance of attributes is derived from the polyether polymer backbone coupled with the methyl-dimethoxy silane functional groups. KANEKA MS POLYMER™ S303H is environment friendly (low VOCs, isocyanate-free) and provides elasticity, fire resistance, primer-less adhesion in formulations suitable for railway applications. Moreover, it is applicable in joint sealants and industrial-, building envelope-, transportation- & DIY sealants & adhesives. Also, used in construction-, flooring-, water-proofing- and general-purpose applications. The shelf life of this product is 6 months. It also contributes to safer rail coach building by achieving EN45545 standard requirement.

Resi4^TEX by ResiCare is an aromatic aldehyde-, water-based phenolic novolac resin that does not contain measurable SVHC (free of components meeting substance of very high concern criteria as defined by the ECHA), formaldehyde, resorcinol, phenol and isocyanates.

• It is a substitute of RF (resorcinol-formaldehyde) resins.
• It is recommended for a large diversity of latex and additives historically used in resorcinol-formaldehyde-latex adhesive systems.
• It is compatible with natural rubber-, styrene-butadiene rubber- & styrene-butadiene-vinyl pyridine latex, caprolactame blocked isocyanate and antifoaming agent.
• Adhesive systems based on Resi4^TEX can be suitable for fibers used in reinforcement textiles for rubber application such as PET, nylon 6-6, nylon 6, aramid, rayon, glass fiber, etc.
• Its curing time is similar to RF resins.
• It has a shelf life of more than 12 hours.

Resi4MDF by ResiCare is an aqueous araminolic resin. It is used in fiber wood panels.

• It is designed to be non-toxic, SVHC-free and bio-sourced, making it particularly well-suited to the needs of furniture.
• By replacing the various resins currently used for MDF, such as urea formaldehyde, melamine urea formaldehyde resins and isocyanate resins, ResiCare reaffirms its position as an innovative player at the service of people and their environment.

KANEKA SILYL™ SAX400 by Kaneka is a silyl-terminated polyether (STPE) used as a base resin for producing high-performance moisture cure sealants and adhesives utilizing either a hot or cold process. This high modulus polymer exhibits wide formulating latitude, broad adhesion profile, higher hardness & strength, long shelf stability and faster tack-free time. It offers well-balanced properties such as durability, reactivity and storage stability. This unique and highly valued balance of attributes is derived from the polyether polymer backbone coupled with the methyl dimethoxy silane functional groups. KANEKA SILYL™ SAX400 is applicable in industrial- & transportation adhesives & sealants and construction- & product assembly adhesives. Also, used in general purpose/DIY- and specialty applications. The shelf life of this product is 6 months.

KANEKA SILYL™ SAX350 by Kaneka is a silyl-terminated polyether (STPE) used as a base resin for producing high-performance moisture cure adhesives and sealants utilizing either a hot or cold process. It is a middle modulus polymer with wide formulating latitude, broad adhesion profile, low viscosity, long shelf stability and good mechanical properties. It offers well-balanced properties such as durability, reactivity and storage stability. This unique and highly valued balance of attributes is derived from the polyether polymer backbone coupled with the methyl-dimethoxy silane functional groups. KANEKA SILYL™ SAX350 is applicable in industrial- and DIY sealants & adhesives. Also, used in flooring, water-proofing, construction-, transportation- and specialty applications. The shelf life of this product is 6 months.

KANEKA SILYL™ MA850 by Kaneka is an acrylic modified, silyl-terminated polyether (STPE) used as a base resin for producing high-performance moisture cure adhesives and sealants utilizing either a hot or cold process. It provides well-balanced properties such as durability, reactivity and storage stability. This unique and highly valued balance of attributes is derived from the polyether polymer backbone coupled with the trimethoxysilane functional groups. It exhibits fast cure, wide formulating latitude, high UV-resistance, long-term weatherability & durability and good mechanical properties. It results in lower quantity of catalysts in formulated products. It is used in high UV stability construction applications. The shelf life of KANEKA SILYL™ MA850 is 6 months.

Resi4^TEST Solvent based by ResiCare is a phenolic resol resin that does not contain SVHC in an alcoholic solvent. It is a substitute of RF (resorcinol-formaldehyde) resins or phenolic resins used in composite processes such as prepreg, contact molding and thermocompression.

• It is free of phenol, formaldehyde, resorcinol and isocyanates.
• It is compatible with a large diversity of glass or carbon fabrics.
• Resi4^TEST Solvent based has a shelf life of 1 month after production at 20°C and 3 months at 4°C.

Resi4Friction by ResiCare is a unique araminolic resin for friction application free of formaldehyde replacing phenolics one developed according to REACH legislation and local regulation for workers safety.

• It is phenol-free formulation with high coke rate.
• Its main cross-linking method is thermocompression.
• Resi4Friction is used in brake pads, brake linings clutch facings, abrasives and adhesives applications.
