POLYTONE AP 110

POLYTONE AP 110 by Polyols & Polymers is PTBP (Para tertiary butyl phenol) formaldehyde resin (resole). Acts as a heat reactive alkyl phenolic resin formulated for use in the manufacture of contact adhesives/cements based on polychloroprene or other elastomers. It imparts good open time combined with excellent green tack and cohesive strength in rubber based adhesives. It is also useful for increasing the storage stability and heat resistance of the adhesive. Has applications in rubber adhesives, upholstery adhesives, shoe adhesives, leather adhesives, automobile adhesives, adhesives with flexing property, rubber goods, high heat resistant adhesive and high heat resistant resin.
