LIGOS™ A 3011 by {suppplier} is styrene butadiene (SB) latex binder. It is a premium grade to formulate liquid glue for wood bonding. LIGOS™ A 3011 is suitable for wood EPI and durable assembly. It is allowed to reach the D4 certification.

Preventol® BIT IT by LANXESS is a formaldehyde-, solvent-, VOC-free, in-can preservative based on benzisothiazolinone and monovalent-stabilized chloromethyl/methyl-isothiazolinone. It is used in synthetic adhesives. This aqueous dispersion of biocidal active ingredients offers broad spectrum of activity against bacteria, mold fungi and yeasts. Preventol® BIT IT displays alkaline stability up to pH 9 and thermal stability up to 60°C. It contains no organic solvents and does not add to the VOC content. It is used for polymer emulsions for the production of building materials for indoor use. The shelf life of this product is 1 year.

Preventol® D 7 by LANXESS is a preservative for solutions and dispersions of adhesives. It is a liquid formulation of isothiazolinones. It possesses low acute toxicity.

• It offers a broad spectrum of activity against bacteria including formaldehyde-resistant species, fungi, yeast and algae.
• It is stable over the pH range of 2.5 to 9.0.
• The shelf life of Preventol® D 7 is one year.

Preventol® CMK by LANXESS is chlorocresol-based, preservative for use in adhesives. It offers broad and very balanced spectrum of activity covering both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, mold fungi and yeasts. It is effective against putrefactive bacteria. This additive possesses outstanding thermal and chemical stability. It has low toxicity and good biodegradability at sublethal concentrations. Its stability pH range is 1-14. The shelf life of Preventol® CMK is 2 years.

CALCIUM STEARATE POS by SO.G.I.S. Industria Chimica is an octadecanoic acid/ calcium soap. It acts as a plasticizer. Available in powder form. CALCIUM STEARATE POS is compatible with polyolefins and suitable for glues.

FOAM BLAST® 331E by DyStar ia a mixture of silicone dioxide and hydrotreated petroleum distillates. It acts as a water-dispersible, non-ionic foam control agent. It is efficacious, compatible and can be incorporated under low and high shear. It exhibits excellent knockdown and long term foam control in conventional and low/zero VOC applications. FOAM BLAST® 331E is mostly used in water-based latex adhesives, glues, construction adhesives, latex caulks and sealants. It complies with OSHA, TSCA and DSL regulations. All components are in compliance with FDA regulation CFR 21 175.105,175.300, 176.170, 176.180, 176.200, 176.210, and 178.3120.

2-ethylhexylal by Lambiotte & Cie acts as a solvent. It is produced by reaction between alcohol and aldehyde. It shows very good profile for health and environment with regard to toxicity and eco-toxicity. 2-ethylhexylal is a suitable substitute to a wide range of solvent used in adhesive such as PVC adhesive, PU adhesive, heat sealable adhesive and contact glue.

MG 90L by Deqing Jiyuan Synthetic Resin is a rosin glycerol resin. It acts as a tackifier. It is formed by vacuum treatment during esterification of rosin with glycerol. It exhibits light color and insolubility in alcoholic solvents. It possesses solubility in coal tar, esters, turpentine oil and similar solvents. It mixes and polymerizes well with plant oils. It provides resistance to yellowing and heat. It is used as a low cost enhancer for hot-melt, pressure-sensitive and other types of adhesives. MG 90L is also used in glue industry.
