POLARIS IV by Pinopine is a very low VOC and SVOC triethylene glycol ester of gum rosin. It shows good compatibility with natural & synthetic rubber, EVA polymer, wax and aliphatic hydrocarbon resin. It is used as a tackifier. It is a light-yellow viscous liquid with excellent tack. POLARIS IV is suitable for floor-coating adhesives, pressure-sensitive adhesives and permanent tack hot-melt adhesives. It can be stored for 6 months under normal storage conditions.
