POLARIS III by Pinopine is a triethylene glycol ester of gum rosin. It is used as a tackifier. It shows good compatibility with natural & synthetic rubber, EVA polymer, wax and aliphatic hydrocarbon resin. It is a light-yellow viscous liquid with excellent tack. POLARIS III is designed for floor-coating adhesives, pressure-sensitive adhesives and permanent tack hot-melt adhesives. It has shelf life of 6 months under normal storage conditions.
