Thioplast® G 22

Thioplast® G 22 by Nouryon is a polysulfide polymer with thiol end groups. It offers exceptional flexibility at low temperatures and high elongation at break. Combined with Thioplast® G's natural chemical resistance, it makes the ideal choice for various industrial applications.

• It provides pot-life, tensile strength, adhesion which is achieved by selecting from a range of compatible plasticizers, fillers, and other additives.
• It is used to formulate highly flexible and elastic sealants for aerospace applications, offering superior performance in jet fuel resistance, high noble gas retention, and low moisture vapor permeability.
• It is used in highly elastic, low-viscosity sealants with excellent UV resistance, making it ideal for construction applications.
• Recommended use in combination with Managanese(IV)oxide curing agent (7.5-9.4 g MnO₂/100g).
• Thioplast® G 22 has a shelf life of minimum 3 years.
