NEVCHEM® 140 by Neville Chemical is a low-VOC, low molecular weight, C9 hydrocarbon resin-based tackifier. It is produced by catalytic polymerization of mixed aromatic and alicyclic monomers derived from petroleum feedstocks. This additive provides improved resistance to acids & alkalis, scorch time, good thermal stability and hydrophobicity. NEVCHEM® 140 is compatible with medium and long oil alkyds. It is used in sealants and construction adhesives. All the components of this product are on the TSCA inventory.
