Pearlbond™ 960 TPU

Pearlbond™ 960 TPU by Lubrizol is a soft TPU designed for thermobonding. It is a plasticizer-free, breathable solution providing low activation temperature and excellent bonding properties to various substrates. Suitable for use in hot melt adhesives (HMAs). It brings a unique combination of features in terms of softness and durability. It is UV stable and resistant to fungi and microorganisms thanks to its combined aliphatic and polyether backbone which contributes to improved mechanical properties. Pearlbond™ 960 TPU exhibits high hydrolysis resistance and recovery. Market applications include technical textiles, apparel (seam tapes, interlinings, and heat-transfer labels), footwear and non-food conveyor belts.
