DOM

DOM by KLJ Group is di (2-ethylhexyl) maleate. It acts as plasticizer. It is clear, colorless oily liquid with characteristic "ester" odor, is insoluble in water but soluble in organic solvents. DOM is an unsaturated reactive ester which copolymerizes with vinyl acetate, vinyl chloride, acrylates, and styrene. It is used in adhesives.
