Jeffamine® D-205 Amine

Jeffamine® D-205 Amine by Huntsman is difunctional primary amine with oxyalkylene units. It acts as an epoxy curing agent. It offers low color, vapor pressure, excellent mechanical properties and relatively high glass transition temperature. It is designed to be a low amine hydrogen equivalent weight polyetherdiamine with slow curing speed. Jeffamine® D-205 Amine is recommended for applications where low viscosity, low exotherm and longer pot life are required. It is suitable for reaction with isocyanates and carboxylic acids. It is designed for use in adhesives and sealants. The shelf life of the product is 2 years.
