Accelerator 960-1

Accelerator 960-1 by Huntsman Advanced Materials acts as an accelerator and curing agent. It is low viscosity tertiary amine co-hardener or accelerator for ambient cure epoxy systems based on aminophenol. It shortens dust-dry time and full-cure time. The quantity of accelerator 960-1 added should not exceed 2%, relative to the epoxy resin. It is used in exterior vehicle (OEM), interior vehicle (OEM), vehicle assembly (OEM), structural assembly, battery cover sealing & battery assembly, cable sealing, motor and magnet bonding, poting and encapsulating, assembly, thermally & electrically conductive, household appliance assembly, sporting goods, medical device assembly, aircraft & aerospace, marine, rail, recreational vehicle, truck, sport & leisure and wind in adhesive applications. It has a shelf life of 2 years. Accelerator 960-1 complies with FDA regulation 21 CFR 175.300 (4) for foodstuff contact.
