RHEOBYK® -7590 by BYK is an effective rheology additive for use in epoxy and single-component, silane-modified pre-polymer adhesive and sealant systems. It achieves a high stability with a simultaneously easier processing.
- It requires heat activation at 30-60°C that increases the viscosity of the systems in the low shear range, whereas there is minimal impact on viscosity at high shear.
- Recommended dosage level is 2-7% based on the total formulation.
- RHEOBYK® -7590 has a shelf life of 60 months.
