acResin® UV 3532 by BASF is a versatile, UV cross-linkable, biocides-, MOSH-, MOAH- & solvent-free, high-performance acrylic hot-melt polymer used in the production of self-adhesive articles.
- Exhibits very good- shear-, good- tack- & peel- and excellent- converting properties & resistance to chemicals, water, heat, aging & weathering.
- It is instantaneous, renewable, reliable, cost-efficient, durable and imparts excellent optical clarity for transparent films.
- It can be used as a freezer-grade adhesive and is compatible with toluene, acetone, ethyl acetate, methyl ethyl ketone, tetrahydrofuran and isobutanol.
- It can be compounded with tackifiers to increase its aggressiveness and alter removability.
- Recommended for pressure-sensitive adhesives due to low- VOC, fogging and odor.
- Suitable for paper & paperboards, overprint varnishes (OPV), removable- and wash-off filmic labels and tapes.
