acResin® A 260 UV by BASF is a versatile, UV cross-linkable, biocides-, MOSH-, MOAH-, latex- & solvent-free, high-performance acrylic hot-melt polymer used in the production of self-adhesive articles.
- Exhibits good- shear, tack & peel properties, excellent- optical & converting properties and shows resistance to chemicals, water, heat, aging & weathering.
- Offers an excellent balance between adhesion & cohesion with an option to modify with other solid acrylic resins or rosin-based tackifiers.
- It is instantaneous, renewable, reliable, cost-efficient, durable and imparts excellent clarity for transparent films with a no-label look.
- It is compatible with toluene, acetone, ethyl acetate, methyl ethyl ketone, tetrahydrofuran and isobutanol.
- Recommended for formulated and pressure-sensitive adhesives due to low- VOC, fogging and odor.
- Suitable for overprint varnishes (OPV) and automotive-, construction- & medical tapes.
