EPOXOL® EP189 by ACS Technical Products is a bio-based, ultra-low VOC, highly functional epoxy diluent. It exhibits excellent solvency, quickly reducing the viscosity of epoxy systems. Suitable for adhesives, potting compounds, laminates, composites and construction products.
  • It has a long chain, non-yellowing aliphatic structure and provides excellent toughness, flexibility, abrasion-, impact- & moisture resistance compared to traditional glycidyl ether diluents.
  • It is applicable in systems that can be crosslinked with epoxy groups and is useful for resin synthesis.
  • It is compatible with Bis A, Bis F & Novolac epoxies, and does not cause chain termination.
  • EPOXOL® EP189 has a shelf life of 2 years.
