Surfadol SE by ACME acts as a low foam wetting agent and molecular defoamer for water-based pressure-sensitive and laminating adhesives. It is a blend of 2,4,7,9-tetramethyl-5-decyne-4,7-diol and 2,4,7,9-tetramethyl-5-decyne-4,7-diol ethoxylate. It is a non-ionic acetylenic diol surfactant. It shows excellent reduction of equilibrium and dynamic surface tension. It exhibits low foam generation. It possesses excellent surface wetting including low energy surfaces.
