It is a nonionic acetylenic diol surfactant. It effectively breaks bubbles and micro-bubbles. It offers excellent long-lasting foam control. It is non-toxic, APEO- and silicone-free. Surfadol 520 is listed with China (SEPA), Canada (DSL), EINECS/ELINCS, Australia (AICS), Japan (MITI), Philippines (PICCS), and Korea (ECL). Recommended dosage level is 0.2-2.0% of total formulation weight.
