Surfadol 2502 by ACME acts as a low foam wetting agent for water-based pressure sensitive adhesives. It is an ethoxylated propoxylated-2,4,7,9-tetramethyl-5-decyne-4,7-diol. It shows good reduction of dynamic surface tension. It improves wetting of various substrates and pigments. It is highly suitable for addition to the grind stage. Surfadol 2502 is a silicone- and solvent-free grade. The shelf life is 24 months.
