HP-15 is a red-colored fluorescent pigment based on thermoset resin by YAYANG Global. It exhibits excellent solvent resistance and brightness. It is designed for a wide range of formulations where solvents are present and good temperature stability such as heat stability is needed. HP-15 is used in water-based latex systems and PVC plastisol formulated with water or natural rubbers. Heavy metals meet EN 71-3 requirements for toys.
