Plastone SW Black CG by Wuxi Ming Hui International Trading is a carbon black. Used in universal tint system and construction material. Plastone SW Black CG is suitable for plastics and rubbers.
Anthraquinone. It is a green solvent dye. It is used with titanium dioxide to produce attractive pastel shades. It provides brilliant color with total clarity in transparent plastics. Suitable for polystyrene (PS), polycarbonate (PC), polyester (PET & PBT), polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), polyamide (nylon 6), ABS and PVC-rigid.
It acts as an optical brightening agent. It is a greenish white powder. It absorbs Ultra-violet (UV) light in the range 360 - 380 nanometers (nm) and re-emit this light in the visible spectrum in the range 420 - 460 nm. Used in rubbers, polyvinyl chloride, polyolefins, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymers, polystyrene, polyester and polyurethane. The recommended dosage is for transparent polymers: 5 - 20 ppm (0.0005 - 0.002 %), for colored formulations: 20 - 100 ppm (0.002 - 0.01 %), for white formulations: 100 - 1000 ppm (0.01 - 0.1 %) and for fiber applications: 150 - 200 ppm (0.015 - 0.02 %).
