WANNATE® 8105 by Wanhua Chemical is a blend of polyol-modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate and polyphenylmethane polyisocyanate. It provides better processability and higher open cell percentage. It is used in the production of PU cold-cured foam in furniture, toy and automotive industries, especially suitable for the production of viscoelastic molding foam. WANNATE® MDI-100A by Wanhua Chemical is a white or pale-yellow solid at room temperature. When melted, it becomes a colorless to pale yellow liquid. Can be used in the production of various polyurethane elastomers including cellular elastomers, thermoplastic elastomers and cast elastomers. WANNATE® Hema-98 is widely used as an adhesion promoter for polymers, hydrophilic polymers and photo-crosslinking polymers. It is also suitable for thermosets and composites. WANNATE® IPDI is a low-viscosity cycloaliphatic diisocyanate. It is a raw material for the synthesis of light stable and water-resistant polyurethanes. It exhibits strippability, surface smoothness, low sulfur content, low ionic contamination and ease of dispersion.<br>

<li>The shelf life of WANNATE® IPDI is 6 months.</li></ul> WANNATE® 8783 by Wanhua Chemical is a liquid modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) produced by reacting pure MDI with definite polylols. It has low color number and low viscosity. It is cool, soft, elastic and slightly sticky. WANNATE® 8783 is used in soft casting elastomers, such as mouse-, shoes- and medical pads. 4,4'-methylenediphenyl diisocyanate. It is a white or pale yellow solid at room temperature. When melted, it becomes a colorless to pale yellow liquid. Can be used in the production of various polyurethane elastomers including cellular elastomers, thermoplastic elastomers and cast elastomers. Mixture of 2,4’- and 4,4’-diphenylmethane diisocyanate. It is a clear, colorless to pale yellow liquid at ambient temperatures. Provides good flowability. Suitable for injection molding. Widely used in the production of various PU elastomers. It can also be used as a substitute for TDI in the production of flexible PU foam, which reduces productive cost and environmental pollution as well as improves handling conditions. Recommended for automotive parts. WANNATE® 8019 is a blend of polyol-modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate and polyphenylmethane polyisocyanate by Wanhua Chemical. It is an eco-friendly grade. WANNATE® 8019 is suitable for PU cold-cured high resilience foam in automotive, furniture and toy industries. WANNATE® 8606 by Wanhua Chemical is a polyether modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) with improved physical properties. WANNATE® 8606 is suitable for cellular elastomers and footwear. WANNATE® 8312 by Wanhua Chemical is a modified isocyanate. It offers excellent low temperature stability, good strength, high elongation and excellent physical properties. WANNATE® 8312 is designed for polyurea spray elastomer applications.
