GENIOSIL® GF 91

by Wacker

GENIOSIL® GF 91 by Wacker is 2-aminoethylaminopropyl based adhesion promoter for glass-fiber reinforced or filler modified plastics. Reduces the filler's sedimentation tendency. Exhibits improved dispersibility and numerous mechanical properties (e.g. flexural strength, tensile strength, modulus of elasticity) of these composites. GENIOSIL® GF 91 offers improved resistance to water, vapor and corrosion.

GENIOSIL® XL 34

by Wacker

GENIOSIL® XL 34 by Wacker is (methacryloxymethyl)methyldiethoxysilane based coupling agent. Exhibits improved dispersibility. Offers improved mechanical properties. GENIOSIL® XL 34 by Wacker is suitable for in pipe, cables and sealants.

GENIOSIL® GF 98

by Wacker

GENIOSIL® GF 98 by Wacker is 3-ureidopropyltrimethoxysilane based coupling agent for modifying fillers and pigments to enhance dispersibility in organic binders and plastics. GENIOSIL® GF 98 offers improved mechanical properties (flexural strength, tensile strength and modulus).

GENIOSIL® GF 92

by Wacker

GENIOSIL® GF 92 by Wacker is an adhesion promoter based on N-cyclohexyl-3-Aminopropyltrimethoxysilane. GENIOSIL® GF 92 is recommended for use in sealants.

GENIOSIL® GF 82

by Wacker

GENIOSIL® GF 82 by Wacker is epoxy functional alkoxysilane. Used as coupling agent in mineral-filled plastics. Offers improved filler dispersibility. Reduces sedimentation tendency and greatly lowers the resin's viscosity. Exhibits improved both adhesion to the substrate and mechanical properties such as flexural strength, tensile strength and modulus of elasticity. It is mainly used for various polymer types, such as epoxy resins, urethane, melamine resins, EPDM, and for polysulfides.

GENIOSIL® GF 93

by Wacker

GENIOSIL® GF 93 by Wacker is 3-Aminopropyltriethoxysilane based adhesion promoter. Offers improved dispersibility of the filler and the mechanical properties such as flexural strength, tensile strength and modulus of the composites. GENIOSIL® GF 93 exhibits increased water (vapor) and corrosion resistance.

GENIOSIL® XL 70

by Wacker

GENIOSIL® XL 70 by Wacker is phenyltrimethoxysilane. It is a clear, colorless, low-viscosity silane with a faint odor belonging to arylalkoxysilane group. Possesses high flash point that facilitates easy storage and handling. Protects polymers from moisture that is inherent to formulation via fillers and other ingredients. Hydrolyzes in presence of moisture (methanol is released) to form silanols, which can then react with themselves to produce siloxanes. Compatible with all GENIOSIL® silane-modified polymers and organofunctional silanes. Suitable for liquid waterproofing systems. GENIOSIL® XL 70 is listed on TSCA, DSL, EINECS, ECL, ENCS, AICS, IECSC and PICCS.

GENIOSIL® GF 9

by Wacker

GENIOSIL® GF 9 by Wacker is N-(2-Aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane based adhesion promoter for glass-fiber reinforced or filler-modified plastics. Reduces the filler's sedimentation tendency. It offers improved dispersibility and numerous mechanical properties (e.g. flexural strength, tensile strength, modulus of elasticity) of the composites. Exhibits improved resistance to water (vapor) and corrosion.

GENIOSIL® XL 32

by Wacker

GENIOSIL® XL 32 by Wacker is (methacryloxymethyl) methyldimethoxysilane based coupling agent. Exhibits improved dispersibility. Offers improved mechanical properties. It is designed for use in pipe, cables and sealants.

GENIOSIL® GF 56

by Wacker

GENIOSIL® GF 56 by Wacker is vinyltriethoxysilane based crosslinking agent. It exhibits improved wet scrub resistance and abrasion resistance because of excellent adhesion to the substrate. By treating fillers, mineral-filled polymers can be obtained which exhibit improved mechanical and electrical properties. As a bi-functional molecule, this grade is able to function as a molecular bridge between organic and inorganic substrates. The product is clear, colorless liquid with a characteristically aromatic odor. It hydrolyzes in the presence of moisture to form silanols which can react itself to produce siloxanes. GENIOSIL® GF 56 is used in the manufacture of pipes and cables made of silane-crosslinked polyethylene (PE-Xb).
