Scuranate™ T65 by Vencorex is a mixture of 2, 4-toluene diisocyanate (68%) and 2, 6-toluene diisocyanate (32%). It is an aromatic compound prepared after crystallization and separation of isomers. Used for viscoelastic, high-load bearing and high-resilience polyurethane (PU) flexible foams and PU binders. Scuranate™ T65 is sensitive to moisture, hence it should be kept in its sealed original container or in a storage tank under dry nitrogen blanketing at 20-24°C. Scuranate™ T80 by Vencorex is a mixture of 2, 4-toluene diisocyanate (80%) and 2, 6-toluene diisocyanate (20%). Major applications include polyurethane flexible foams (slabs/moldings), cast elastomers and high resiliency applications. Scuranate™ T80 is sensitive to moisture, hence it should be kept in its sealed original container or in a storage tank under dry nitrogen blanketing at 20-24°C.
