Vanlube® RI-A by Vanderbilt Chemicals acts as an ashless rust inhibitor. Vanlube® RD by Vanderbilt Chemicals acts as a high temperature antioxidant. It is petroleum ashless grade. Soluble in alcohols, ketones and esters. Insoluble in water. Vanlube® 887 by Vanderbilt Chemicals is an antioxidant synergist for lubricating oils and greases. Vanlube® 961 by Vanderbilt Chemicals is mixed octylated and butylated diphenylamines. Acts as a liquid ashless antioxidant. Recommended for use in oils and greases of various types.</br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It may be used in industrial lubricants, including compressor, hydraulic, turbine, gas engine and circulating oils.</li>
<li>Vanlube® 961 can also be used as an ashless antioxidant in all types of crankcase oils.</li>
<li>It is NSF® certified.</li></ul> Vanlube® 887E by Vanderbilt Chemicals is antioxidant synergist for synthetic based lubricating oils and greases. Vanlube® 7723 by Vanderbilt Chemicals is 4, 4’-methylene bis(dibutyldithiocarbamate) grade. Acts as an excellent oil soluble, ashless, high temperature antioxidant with anti-wear, anti-scuff and extreme pressure properties.</br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It contains 30% sulfur that is non-corrosive in many applications.</li>
<li>Promotes friction reduction by combining with the molybdenum in non-sulfur
containing molybdenum based friction reducers.</li>
<li>It synergizes with amine antioxidants, organo-molybdenum antiwear additives and friction modifiers.</li>
<li>Vanlube® 7723 is certified with NSF HX-1 food grade use and is a certified Kosher product.</li>
<li>Vanlube® 7723 is listed on the Lubrication Substance List (LuSC) for environmentally acceptable lubricants.</li></ul> Vanlube® 81 by Vanderbilt Chemicals is p,p'-dioctyldiphenylamine grade. It offers better high temperature oxidation inhibitor because of its high purity and high p,p'-dioctyldiphenylamine content.</br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It can be used in a variety of petroleum and synthetic lubricants.</li>
<li>It works as an ashless oxidation inhibitor with good high temperature properties.</li>
<li>It is effective in both oxidation bomb tests and in high speed spindle tests.</li>
<li>Vanlube® 81 offers good color stability and is widely used as a high temperature antioxidant in jet engine oils.</li></ul> Vanlube® NA by Vanderbilt Chemicals is a water solution with 30% active ingredient of disodium 2,5-dimercaptothiadiazole. It functions as a corrosion inhibitor and metal deactivator for nonferrous metals in aqueous systems.</br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It acts as an excellent source of DMTD for oxidation, acylation and additions across double bond reactions.</li>
<li>It works as an effective corrosion inhibitor and metal deactivator for non-ferrous metals in aqueous-based systems.</li>
<li>Demonstrates better stability and activity at lower pH values than inhibitors containing only a single thiol (S-H) group (like dimercaptothiadiazoles).</li>
<li>Vanlube® NA is a water solution with 30% active ingredient of is recommended as coolant and water-based fluids, including metal-working fluids.</li></ul> Soluble in petroleum oils, toluene, alcohols and esters.
