VANFRE® AP-2 by R T Vanderbilt is polymer processing lubricant. It reduces compound plasticity, improves mold flow and release.</br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>VANFRE® AP-2 has little adverse effect on optimum physical properties in all polymers and cure systems.</li>
<li>Also acts as a processing aid in natural and synthetic rubbers.</li>
<li>Dosage level is 2-4 phr.</li></ul> VANFRE® VAM by R T Vanderbilt is a polyoxyethylene octadecyl ether phosphate. Acts as a processing aid for VAMAC, ethylene/acrylic elastomer.</br>

<li>It is insoluble in acetone, alcohol, toluene, and water.</li>
<li>VANFRE® VAM is suggested for evaluation in other solvent-resistant polymers.</li>
<li>Developed for Vamac® AEM applications and excellent performance in ACM and ECO.</li>
<li> Dosage level is 0.5-1.5 phr.</li></ul> VANFRE® DFL by Vanderbilt Chemicals is a mold lubricant. Inhibits corrosion of molds and dryer flights. Prevents mold buildup. VANFRE® UN by Vanderbilt Chemicals in ethylene/acrylic elastomer stock for improved release from mill rolls, molds, and other processing equipment. VANFRE® AP-2 SPECIAL by Vanderbilt Chemicals is polymer processing lubricant. It provides the same high performance but is designed for FDA compliant applications.</br>
