Valtris Special Chemicals announces it has licensed a key technology in an exclusive arrangement to Transfar Huayang, China.
The agreement will allow Transfar Huayang access to technology, resulting in manufacturing and selling phenol-free over-based barium stabilizers by Transfar Huayang in Asia.
