Akcrostab™ CAZ-2020 by Valtris Specialty Chemicals is liquid calcium-zinc heat stabilizer for general-purpose flexible PVC applications. It provides performance equivalent to most high-efficiency liquid barium-zinc based stabilizers. It offers good performance, early color hold and plate out resistance. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Suitable for processing by extrusion, calendaring and injection molding. </li> <li>It is used in packaging, caps, and closures, plastisol compounds, roofing, coated fabrics and textiles, wire, cables, belts, hoses, films, sheets etc. </li><li>Akcrostab™ CAZ-2020 is also used in making flexible toys, flooring applications, lawn and garden, auto components, medical and pharmaceutical. </li></ul>

Akcrostab™ T-94CS is an excellent stabilizer for CPVC and CPVC/PVC, ABS/PVC and acrylic/PVC alloyed extrusion and calendering applications. Recommended usage level is 1.0 to 1.5 phr.

Akcrostab™ ABC-6A

Tin-based compound. It acts as a stabilizer and blowing agent with low activity rate. Functions as an activation retarder, slowing the release of nitrogen below 370°F from foaming agent. Suitable for reverse-roll, calendered, extruded and closed mold processes. Can be used in combination with ABC-2 or ABC-1A to produce very fine cell structure. Applications include general purpose plastisols and azodicarbonamide containing PVC (polyvinyl chloride) foams.

Mixed metal epoxidized soybean oil blend. It acts as a heat and light stabilizer. Provides excellent UV (ultra-violet) stability for exterior applications such as awnings and coated fabrics. Suitable for flexible PVC (polyvinyl chloride) plastisol applications, particularly wire and strand-coating. Applications include flooring, coated fabrics, wallcovering, leathercloth and general purpose plastisols.
