EcoFlame P-65 by Unibrom is an isopropylated triaryl phoshate. It acts as a phosphated flame retardant. EcoFlame P-65 appears as a colorless or light yellow transparent liquid and is used primarily in PVC and phenolic resins.
EcoFlame S-336 by Unibrom is a 3-Phenylsulfonylbenzenesulfonic acid potassium salt. It acts as a sulfonated flame retardant with premium performance in polycarbonate at very low additive levels. It provides an excellent FR effectiveness at fractional loading levels of less than 1 wt% in a PC formulation while maintaining the transparency inherent in the thermoplastic. EcoFlame S-336 appears as a white powder.
