Naugex® MBT by Unibond International is a 2-Mercaptobenzothiazole. Acts as a medium temperature general-purpose accelerator. Used in natural rubber used for tires and inner tubes, wires and footwear. Naugex® SD-1 by Unibond International is a 4,4’-dithiodimorpholine. Acts as a vulcanizing agent and catalyst. Used in rubber for wires and tyres. Naugex® MBTS by Unibond International is a benzothiazyl disulphide. Acts as a catalyst. Has higher activation temperature for greater processing safety compared to MBT grade. Used in the manufacture of rubber for tyres, wires and footwear.
