Dimeric 2, 4-toluene diisocyanate. Acts as vulcanizing agent and adhesion promoter. It is a white powder with yellow tint. It is soluble in toulene, chlorobenzene and o-dichlorobenzene. It can act as vulcanizing agent for polyurethane rubbers. It acts as adhesion promoter for rubber-to-fabric bonding and PVC-to-fabric bonding applications including conveyor belts. It complies with following regulations: SARA 302, section 311/312 hazard class, section 313, Cercla, German water hazard and REACH. Dichloro[2,2'-dithiobis[benzothiazole]]zinc complex. Acts as an accelerator. It is a yellow powder. It consists of a partial complex of zinc chloride and MBTS. It increases the rate and state of cure, and improves the compression set resistance. It provides a good balance between cure rate and processing safety. Suitable for polyester & polyether and sulfur curable polyurethane rubber. It complies with following regulations: U.S. EPA SARA TITLE III: section 311/312, SARA title III section 313, US toxic substances control Act and REACH.
