ANSTEX MG-100 by Toho Chemical Industry is a high-purity stearic acid monoglyceride. Acts as an anti-static agent. Used for PP, PE and PVC. Can also be used for food packaging. The standard addition in PP, PE, hard PVC and soft PVC are 0.3-0.5% phr, 0.2-0.5% phr, 1-2% phr and 0.2-0.5% phr respectively. ANSTEX SP-10 by Toho Chemical Industry is an anti-static agent. It is nonionic and normally makes anti-static master-batch or compound. Used mainly for HDPE blow-molding and blended inorganic additive PP injection molding with a small additive amount. Can also be used for food packaging. ANSTEX SP-10 is recommended usage levels in PP resin and PE resin are 0.2-0.5% phr and 0.2-0.4% phr respectively. ANSTEX SA-300 by Toho Chemical Industry is an antistatic agent and antifogging agent. It normally makes anti-static master-batch or compound. Used for OPP. Can also be used for food packaging. The standard addition percentage is 0.5-1.0%. ANSTEX SA-300B by Toho Chemical Industry is an antistatic agent and antifogging agent. ANSTEX SA-300B is modified from SA-300 and possesses an increased anti-Blocking performance. It is nonionic and normally makes anti-static master-batch or compound. Used for OPP and LDPE. ANSTEX SA-300B can also be used for food packaging. The standard addition percentage is 0.5-1.0%. ANSTEX HT-100 by Toho Chemical Industry is an anti-static agent. It is anionic and has good thermal resistance as well as no coloration for molding. ANSTEX HT-100 normally makes anti-static master-batch or compound. ANSTEX HT-100 is used for rigid PVC molding and high glass transition temperature PS/ABS as well as polyester resin (PC, PET, PBT). Can also be used for food packaging. The standard addition in rigid PVC, PS/ABS and PL are 1.0-1.5% phr, 1.5-2.0% phr and 0.3% respectively. ANSTEX C-414 by Toho Chemical Industry is an anti-static agent and anti-fogging agent. ANSTEX C-414 is modified from SA-300 and possesses an increased anti-blocking performance. It normally makes anti-static master-batch or compound. Used mainly for CPP and LDPE. Can also be used for food packaging. ANSTEX C-414 is recommended to be added at concentrations of 0.5-4.0%. ANSTEX SA-8MB by Toho Chemical Industry is an anti-static agent. It exhibits antiblocking nature as well. ANSTEX SA-8MB is better anti-static agent than ANSTEX SA-7MB. It is nonionic and normally makes anti-static master-batch or compound. Used for OPP. ANSTEX SA-8MB is recommended to be used at concentrations of 0.5-0.8%. ANSTEX SP-20P by Toho Chemical Industry is an antistatic agent. It is nonionic and normally makes anti-static master-batch or compound. Used for CPP films and PP injection transparent molding. It is suitable for LDPE blow-molding with a small additive amount. Can also be used for food packaging. ANSTEX SP-20P standard additions in PP resin and PE resin are 0.5-0.8% phr and 0.2-0.5% phr respectively. ANSTEX SA-35 by Toho Chemical Industry is an alkylamine derivative. Acts as an anti-static agent. It normally makes anti-static master-batch or compound. Used for PP. Can also be used for food packaging. Recommended to be used in at concentrations of 0.2-0.3% phr (PL limited: 0.2%). ANSTEX SA-60 by Toho Chemical Industry is an alkylamine derivative. Acts as an anti-static agent. ANSTEX SA-60 solidifies in winter time. Used for HDPE, PS and ABS. Can also be used for food packaging. The standard additions in HDPE is 0.2-0.3% phr (limit of PL ? 0.5%). In ABS, it is recommended to be used at concentration of 0.2-0.3% phr (limit of PL ? 2%).
