TIB KAT® 324 by TIB Chemicals is a liquid organotin catalyst. It is suitable for condensation of silicones and production of RTV silicone resins and polyurethane systems. The recommended usage level is between 0.01-1% by weight. TIB KAT® 324 is dissolved in a high boiling solvent. It has a shelf life of 1 year. TIB KAT® 214 by TIB Chemicals is dioctyl tin mercaptide based catalyst. It is also used as a PVC stabilizer. It is suitable for polyurethane systems and elastomers. Exhibits high hydrolytic stability than organotin carboxylates. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It shows lower catalytic reactivity in polyurethane systems as compared to DOTL (TIB KAT® 216), resulting in a longer pot life, latent reaction, and fast curing time. </li>

It is suitable for production of polyisocyanurates and crosslinking of maleic anhydride containing polymers with polyols. It is also used as co-catalyst for polymers with polyols and curing of MS-polymers.<br>

TIB KAT® 623 HD is suitable for production of zinc oxide by sol gel process and other zinc-based chemicals. The recommended usage level is 0.01-0.5% by weight. TIB KAT® 816 by TIB Chemicals is a liquid catalyst based on zirconium and 2-ethylhexanoic acid. It can be used in crosslinking of polyurethanes. TIB KAT® 816 has a shelf life of 1 year. TIB KAT® 519 by TIB Chemicals is a catalyst based on organo-titanate chelate. It is sensitive to moisture content. It is suitable for curing of silicones, silanes and silane polymer systems for MS/ STP/ STPU polymer system and RTV silicones. TIB KAT® 519 has a shelf life of 6 months. TIB KAT® 517 by TIB Chemicals is a liquid catalyst based on an organo-titanate chelate. It is suitable for curing of silicones, silanes and silane polymer systems for MS/ STP/ STPU polymer system and RTV silicones. TIB KAT® 517 is sensitive to moisture content. TIB KAT® 517 has a shelf life of 12 months. TIB KAT® 410 by TIB Chemicals is a liquid catalyst based on dioctyltin-softener compound. It is suitable for curing of silicones and silane system, and 1K component MS silyl polymer. TIB KAT® 410 is sensitive to hydrolysis. It has a shelf life of 1 year.
