Rhodiasolv® IRIS by Syensqo is a readily biodegradable solvent with excellent eco-friendly properties. It is efficient, non-flammable, low volatile, non-irritant and non-CMR (carcinogenic, mutagenic, and reprotoxic). It enables the use of an original manufacturing process that recycles a by-product of its polyamide chain which makes efficient use of petrochemical resources and has a decreased environmental impact. Rhodiasolv® IRIS is suitable for fondry resins for cores & molds (phenolic and urethane components). It is an alternative to traditional solvents used to clean fiber-reinforced plastics.
