SUNOX® 553 by SUNSHOW is an effective, odorless, tasteless, high molecular weight thio-ether type hindered phenol antioxidant. It offers both primary and secondary antioxidant protection for organic polymers. It exhibits non-discoloration. It contains sulfur-containing stabilizer that provides excellent long-term heat stability by preventing thermo-oxidative degradation. SUNOX® 553 is suitable for ABS. It shows non-staining and low volatility. SUNOX® 561 by SUNSHOW is a processing and long-term thermal stabilizer system. It can maintain original melt flow. It is a synergistic blend of SUNOX® 1010 and SUNOX® 168. It is recommended for PC & PBT. SUNOX® 561 exhibits minimal color and odor contribution, low volatility and very good processing stabilization. It offers improved long-term thermal stability. SUNOX® 592 by SUNSHOW is a synergistic blend of high performance phosphite antioxidant and radicals capture agent. It exhibits excellent synergistic effect that can provide efficient processing protection at high temperature. SUNOX® 592 shows minimal color and odor contribution, low volatility and very good processing stabilization. It offers improved long-term thermal stability. It is recommended for ABS, PS, HIPS and PVC. SUNOX® 541 by SUNSHOW is a sterically hindered phenolic antioxidant. It is recommended for PP, PA, EVA & PE. It exhibits non discoloration, low volatility, good extraction and resistance in hot water. SUNOX® 541 is approved by the FDA for use in various polymers for food contact applications. SUNOX® 508 by SUNSHOW is a hindered phenolic antioxidant. It exhibits non discoloration, low volatility, good extraction and resistance in hot water. SUNOX® 508 shows good synergism with general antioxidant. SUNOX® 590 by SUNSHOW is a high performance, hindered phenolic antioxidant. It is recommended for organic polymers such as PS, HIPS, PE & PP. SUNOX® 590 exhibits high extraction and excellent gas fading resistance. SUNOX® 626 by SUNSHOW is a secondary high performance antioxidant. It is recommended for organic polymers. It exhibits reduction in polymer degradation during processing. SUNOX® 626 provides improved gas fading performance and imparts higher phosphorous content. It shows low color and volatility and extraction resistance. It is recommended for PC, PBT, PA, ABS & PU. Sanctioned for use in polyolefin’s by FDA. SUNOX® 510 by SUNSHOW is a phosphite antioxidant. It is recommended to improve heat and stability of various kinds of polymers such as PVC and ABS. It exhibits low volatility and good compatibility. SUNOX® 510 shows very good thermal, light and color stability. SUNOX® DLTP by SUNSHOW is dialkyl ester of thiodipro-pionicacid antioxidant. It is used as a heat stabilizer in combination with a phenolic antioxidant. It is recommended for PP. It offers very good color and processing & aging stability. SUNOX® DLTP provides long-term heat stabilization and excellent resistance against extraction. It is compatible with phenolic antioxidant. Sanctioned for use in polyolefin’s by FDA. SUNOX® 1010 by SUNSHOW is a highly effective, sterically hindered phenolic antioxidant. It exhibits non discoloration properties. It can protect the substrates against thermo-oxidative degradation. It is recommended for plastics, synthetic fibers, elastomers, waxes, oils and fats. It is recommended for PP, PC, PBT, TPE, TPV, PA, PU, PS, HIPS, PE, EVA, PVC & acrylics. SUNOX® 1010 is suitable for polyacetals, polyesters, ABS, elastomers such as butyl rubber (IIR), SBS, SEBS, EPM and EPDM as well as other synthetic rubbers.
