Ultra-Pflex® 100

Ultra-Pflex® 100 by Specialty Minerals is a surface treated, premium quality, engineered nano particle precipitated calcium carbonate. It is cost effective with improved adhesion, sag, slump, viscosity and thixotropy properties. It imparts improved performance properties to rigid PVC products. It has nano particle size and narrow particle size distribution which offers excellent impact properties, extrusion performance, improved surface appearance and gloss.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is suitable for window profiles, pipe fittings and injection molded parts for decorative applications.</li> <li>Ultra-Pflex® 100 is used in PVC plastisol, MS polymer and silicone.</li></ul>

Albacar® 5970

Albacar® 5970 by Specialty Minerals is precipitated calcium carbonate. Acts as a filler. Has a unique rosette (scalenohedral) particle shape. This rosette structure makes it useful in applications where a high oil absorption and high viscosity are desired.

SuperPflex® 100

SuperPflex® 100 by Specialty Minerals is a high gloss precipitated calcium carbonate. Acts as an engineered sub-micron functional filler. It is surface treated, fine particle size with unique crystal morphologies and very narrow particle size distribution. Imparts improved performance properties to rigid PVC applications. The ultrafine particle size and narrow particle size distribution permit exceptionally high filler loadings without compromising impact development or ductility.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Possesses increased resin extention, impact strength as well as consistent quality.
