SOLVEGUARD MBD10 by Solvento is a highly concentrated DBDPE and antimony trioxide halogenated flame-retardant masterbatch in a polyethylene carrier for the flame-retardant modification of polyolefins (LDPE, HDPE, PP) in injection molding and extrusion. It provides excellent dispersion in polyolefins. It is a low-dust, free-flowing granules with single-additive convenience. It is suitable for cable & wire compounds, E&E, housings, appliance components, construction profiles and automotive interior parts. It is REACH registered and UL 94 V-0/V-2 capable. Recommended dosage level of SOLVEGUARD MBD10 is 10-35%. It has a shelf life of 24 months. SOLVEGUARD MBD30 by Solvento is a fine, low-dust DBDPE and antimony trioxide flame-retardant masterbatch in a polyethylene carrier, optimized for thin LDPE and LLDPE film. It delivers DIN 4102 (B1/B2) and Italian Class 1 reaction-to-fire classifications at low let-down ratios It provides excellent dispersion in polyolefins. It is a film with single-additive convenience. It is suitable for packaging & shrink film, agricultural film and geomembranes. It is REACH registered. Recommended dosage level of SOLVEGUARD MBD30 is 8-14%. It has a shelf life of 24 months. SOLVEGUARD MBD20 by Solvento is a highly concentrated DBDPE and antimony trioxide halogenated flame-retardant masterbatch in a polypropylene carrier ensuring excellent dispersion and compatibility in PP homo- and copolymers for injection molding and extrusion. It provides excellent dispersion in polypropylene. It is a low-dust, free-flowing granules with single-additive convenience. It is suitable for PP housings & enclosures, automotive PP components, appliance parts and battery cases. It is REACH registered and UL 94 V-0/V-2 capable. Recommended dosage level of SOLVEGUARD MBD20 is 15-35%. It has a shelf life of 24 months. SOLVEGUARD SG-U05 by Solvento is an ultra-fine antimony trioxide. It is derived from vapor-phase oxidation process. Provides excellent dispersion and maximum flame
retardant synergism with halogenated systems in PP, PE and technical compounds.<br>

arsenic, lead and iron that ensures minimal color impact and maximum catalyst efficiency in the final polymer. It is used in PET preform and packaging applications (bottle, film, fiber) and high-clarity polyester film. It is REACH registered. SOLVEGUARD SG-P99 has a shelf life of 36 months. SOLVEGUARD SG-DBDPE by Solvento is a high-performance brominated flame retardant based on decabromodiphenyl ethane. Exhibits excellent thermal stability, outstanding UV resistance and low blooming characteristics.<br>
