Antioxidant 1790 BY Shanghai Deborn is an antioxidant. It offers good solubility/migration balance, minimal color contribution and low volatility. It provides excellent polymer stabilization. Antioxidant 1790 shows outstanding compatibility with polymeric HALS and UVAs.
UV-328 (Shanghai Deborn) by Shanghai Deborn is 2-(2'-Hydroxy-3',5'-di-pentylphenyl) benzotriazole-based UV absorber. It is available in white to light yellow color powder form. It finds application in food packing materials, polyester, PVC and polyurethane. Recommended dosage level of UV-328 (Shanghai Deborn) by Shanghai Deborn for unsaturated polyester is 0.2-0.5%, rigid PVC is 0.2-0.5%, plasticized PVC is 0.1-0.3%, polyurethane is 0.2-1.0% and polyamide is 0.2-0.5% based on polymer weight.
LS-119 by Shanghai Deborn is a high formula weight ultraviolet light stabilizer. It exhibits good migration resistance and low volatility. It is an effective antioxidant which provides long term heat stability for polyolefins and elastomers. LS-119 is designed for PP, PE, PVC, PU, PA, PET, PBT, PMMA, POM, LLDPE, LDPE, HDPE, polyolefin co-polymers and blends with grandsorb 531 in PO.
