ACR-401 by Shandong Repolyfine Additives is a processing aid based on a high molecular weight acrylic copolymer. It provides better dispersion, more homogenous melt and increases the surface quality of PVC products. It promotes gelation, hot-melt strength and viscoelasticity. It stabilizes the microcells generated by blowing agents to achieve the low density and high strength of the foam. ACR-401 is used in PVC profiles, PVC building products, foam pipes, foam profiles, foam sheets, wood-plastic composites and weatherable applications.
