Silicone Master Batch by Samet Plast is Polydimethyl-siloxane additives based silocone masterbatch containing effective subsatnce in polyethylene carrier resin. Silicone masterbatch is basically used in HDPE optical fiber ducts. It produces lubricity, reduce coefficient of friction and improve abrasion resistance. Silicone Master Batch shows campatibility with LLDPE, HDPE and PP polymer system.
Polymer Processing Aid Master Batch by Samet Plast is based on fluoropolymer, properly dispersed in polyolefin polymer. It helps in improving the processing of poly-olefins (LLDPE, HDPE etc) and particularly in blown film extrusion. The other benefits of the masterbatch are removal of die lines, melt fracture, back pressure and increase in gloss and output. It is recommended for blow molded items to improve the output and gloss on the surface. Polymer Processing Aid Master Batch shows compatibility with LLDPE, HDPE, PP, ABS/SAN, PS/HIPS polymer ststems.
Clarifying / Nucleating Master Batch by Samet Plast comprises of combination of nucleating agent and some speciality organic additives in polyolefin carrier resin. It reduces haze and increases the transparency of the injection molded items based on PP polymers by creating large number of nucleation sites in the polymer. It also increases the dimensional stability of the product and also shortens the cycle time during molding process. It shows compatibility only with PP polymer system.
