BroShield® 70-B by Saint Louis is a brominated flame retardant. It offers outstanding UV & light stability, high melting temperature permits production of highly filled master batch concentrates. It is suitable for applications such as polypropylene (PP), high impact polystyrene (HIPS), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), XPS, alloys, construction and electronics applications. BroShield® 70-B complies with REACH and UL 94 V-2 flame rating. BroShield® 52-B by Saint Louis is a brominated flame retardant. It is recommended for use in a variety of engineering resins that require exceptional thermal and electrical properties. BroShield® 52-B is compatible with polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), Polybutylene terephthalate/Polyethylene terephthalate (PBT/PET), polycarbonate (PC), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), polycarbonate/acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC/ABS), styrene acrylonitrile (SAN), and polysulfone. BroShield® BPS-70 HP by Saint Louis is a brominated flame retardant. It offers exceptional thermal and hydrolytic stability. It has excellent electric properties and non-blooming characteristics. BroShield® BPS-70 HP is suitable for engineering resins, primarily polyesters and polyamides. BroShield® 56B-XF by Saint Louis is a milled brominated epoxy oligomer flame retardant.
It has high bromine content and non-blooming properties. It has good UV stability, and imparts good mechanical properties. It is effective in acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) and high impact polystyrene (HIPS) in both injection molding and extrusion applications. BroShield® 56B-XF is recommended for textile applications BroShield® RB-11 by Saint Louis is an efficient flame retardant. The high halogen content and low viscosity make it a suitable choice over tetrabromophthalate diols. It can be used in insulation panels, pour in place foam, blocks, laminates, spray coatings, spray foam, as well as multi-component adhesive systems. It achieves the ASTM E-84 flammability test. BroShield® 5220 by Saint Louis is a very effective reactive flame retardant.
It is recommended for polyurethanes and unsaturated polyesters. It has high bromine content, excellent light stability, and chemical resistance. BroShield® 5220 is an ideal choice over halogenated anhydride flame retardants. BroShield® 54-B by Saint Louis is an effective halogenated flame retardant. It offers low viscosity and volatility. BroShield® 54-B is recommended for flexible polyvinyl chloride (PVC), flexible and rigid polyurethane foams, fibre-reinforced plastic (FRP), thermoset, adhesives, sealants, and coatings. BroShield® 62-B by Saint Louis is a non-reactive, effective halogenated flame retardant. It offers good UV stability and high thermal stability. BroShield® 62-B is recommended for textile applications, high impact polystyrene (HIPS), and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) resin systems. BroShield® RB4D by Saint Louis is a very effective reactive flame retardant diol. It is recommended for rigid polyurethane foam, urethane elastomers, and coatings. BroShield® 58-B by Saint Louis is an effective halogenated flame retardant. It is recommended for polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polycarbonate (PC), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), styrene acrylonitrile (SAN), and polysulfone. BroShield® 58-B is suitable for applications requiring exceptional thermal and electrical properties.
